before you decide that you really want to force full duplex.  Forcing
full duplex violates the Ethernet standard, and frequently leads to
problems.

Did you *really* want to set the board to use the Fiber transceiver
("Fx").  There isn't one on the board you are using...

The chip is set to full duplex.

And you negotiated 100baseTx full duplex.

Autonegotiation seems to be working fine.
You should set the board back to the default configuration: autonegotiation.
